Payment fluctuations create big winners, losers among most-billed services

In an analysis of the 2020 payment rates that CMS floated in the proposed 2020 Medicare physician fee schedule, Coding Pro found the biggest gainers and losers among the codes that practices report most often — that is, codes with more than 1 million claims annually, according to 2017 Medicare claims data, the latest available.
